As the recruiting coordinator at Iowa, two of Dominguez/ last three recruiting classes have been nationally ranked as one of the top 50 classes in the annual Collegiate Baseball recruiting rankings.

"I'm extremely excited about joining the athletic department and family at Eastern Kentucky," Dominguez said. "This is a great opportunity for myself and my family and something I've been working toward for the past 13 years.

"I hope to build upon the success and outstanding achievements coach (Jim) Ward has accomplished there. I'm anxious and ready to meet the players."
