- Sixth-seeded Tennessee Tech upset No. 3 Eastern Illinois (23-25, 25-23, 23-25, 26-14, 16-14) to advance to the semifinals of the 2015 OVC Volleyball Championship. The Golden Eagles will play the winner of the Belmont/Morehead State match tomorrow at 4:30 p.m.

The Golden Eagles had three players reach double-figures in kills with Kellie Williams leading the way with a match-high 19. K'Vonna Johnson added 17 while Cody Dodd had 16. Dodd led the team with 21 digs for the double-double.

Allie Hueston led the Panthers with 14 kills while Abby Saalfrank had 13. Taylor Smith posted six kills, 52 assists and 18 digs for Eastern Illinois.

BELMONT 3, MOREHEAD STATE 0
MURRAY, Ky.  -
Second-seeded Belmont swept No. 7 Morehead State (25-18, 25-21, 25-22) to advance to the semfinals of the 2015 OVC Volleyball Championship. The Bruins will face No. 6 Tennessee Tech tomorrow at 4:30 p.m.

Belmont's Jocelyn Youngdahl led all players with 12 kills in the match while Emily Richards paced the team with 10 digs. Emma Price dished out 35 assists to go with six digs.

Merideth Jewell led the Eagles with nine kills and 12 digs while Bailey Nichol dished out a team-best 20 assists.

TENNESSEE STATE 3, EASTERN KENTUCKY 2
MURRAY, Ky. -
Fourth-seeded Tennessee State defeated No. 5 Eastern Kentucky (25-14, 22-25, 25-21, 25-27, 15-9) to advance to the semifinals of the 2015 OVC Volleyball Tournament. The Tigers will face the winner of the Southeast Missouri/Murray State match tomorrow at 7 p.m. CT.

Chloe Watson recorded 13 kills and 15 digs for the Tigers while Taylor Patterson also registered a double-double with 10 kills and 16 digs. Samantha Beltran dished out 39 assists to go with 13 digs. Madison Halterman recorded a team-high 18 digs in the win.

A pair of Colonels recorded double-doubles in the match as Cassie Knuston had 43 assists and 16 digs while Celina Sanks tallied 13 kills and 11 digs. Rachel Vick paced the team with 14 kills while Mallory Maxwell had a match-high 23 digs.

MURRAY STATE 3, SOUTHEAST MISSOURI 0
MURRAY, Ky. -
Top-seeded Murray State swept southeast Missouri (25-16, 25-19, 25-17) to advance to the seminals of the 2015 OVC Volleyball Tournament. The Racers will face No. 4 Tennessee State tomorrow at 7 p.m.

Scottie Ingram was the Racers to reach double-digits in kills as she tallied 12 in the victory. Sam Bedard dished out match-high 29 assists while Ellie Lorenz led all players with 12 digs.

Southeast Missouri was led by Krissa Gearring with 10 kills while Jade Mortimer recorded a team-best 11 digs and Keegan Fornoff dished out 23 assists.
