The 2024 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track and Field Championship starts today at the Birmingham Crossplex in Birmingham, Alabama. This year marks the 44th overall men's indoor championship (first held in 1976) and the 38th overall women's indoor championship (first held in 1985). Eastern Illinois claimed the men's title in 2023, marking its 19th Championship, while the Southeast Missouri women's team secured its eighth title.
The meet begins at 9:00 a.m. with the first four events of the Heptathlon. The field events start at 12:00 p.m. with the men’s weight throw, while the running events begin at 2:40 p.m.
