Women’s Tennis Player of the Week
Lera Valeeva, Gr., Ekaterinburg, Russia – Southeast Missouri
Valeeva picked up a pair of straight set victories on the week playing at No. 6 singles. The graduate was the lone member of the Redhawks to win both singles matches. Captured the second singles point against Bradley with a 6-3, 6-2 decision. Captured the first singles point against Arkansas State with a 6-1, 7-5 victory. Both wins helped SEMO to a pair of team wins for the week.

Women’s Tennis Doubles Team of the Week
Trinity Calinescu (So., Paris, France) & Vivian Lai (Gr., Taipei, Taiwan) – Southeast Missouri
Calinescu and Lai finished 2-0 at No.2 doubles on the week. The duo claimed a pair of 6-4 victories to clinch the doubles point in each match, pacing the Redhawks to wins over Bradley and Arkansas State.
