Stephan Moreira was one of 21 players nationally named to the Forwards to Watch List for the 2024 season by the United Soccer Coaches (USC).
The lists are compiled and released by the Division I All-America Committees to promote college soccer leading up to the official start date for the regular season. The lists include United Soccer Coaches All-Americans and first or second-team All-Region players from 2023, who are scheduled to return for the 2024 season.
Last season Moreira helped SIUE to the OVC regular season and tournament championships in the inaugural season of men's soccer in the Conference. He was a second-team All-Region pick and the OVC Offensive Player of the Year.
He was second on the team with 19 points coming on five goals and a league-high seven assists (which ranked 49th in the NCAA). Moreira scored four game-winning goals (which ranked 22nd nationally) and led his team with 41 total shots (20 of which were on goal).
