OVC Male Track Athlete of the Week
Andrew Payton, R-Sr., Tualatin, Ore. – Little Rock
 
• Placed sixth in a field of 53 in the mile at the Arkansas Invitational.
• Finished in a time of 4:03.84.
• Set a new school record and ranks first in the OVC.
• The mark is ranked 76th in the nation.

OVC Female Track Athlete of the Week
Sa’Nijah Houston, So., Ocala, Fla. – Lindenwood
 
• Garnered a pair of podium finishes at the Show Me Showdown hosted by the University of Missouri.
• Placed at the top of the 18-runner field in the 400-meter in a time of 56.69.
• Finished third out of 32 runners in the 200-meter in 24.74.
• The times are both ranked second in the OVC.

OVC Male Field Athlete of the Week
Paden Lewis, Sr., Jefferson City, Mo. – Southeast Missouri
 
• Secured two top finishes at the Show Me Showdown hosted by the University of Missouri.
• Won the weight throw with a mark of 74’6.25”.
• The mark ranks seventh in the nation and first in the OVC.
• Registered a winning toss of 59’11.75” in the shot put.
• The distance tops the OVC and is 34th in the NCAA.

OVC Female Field Athlete of the Week
Brooklyn Marcee, Jr., Quitman, Texas – Southeast Missouri
 
• Placed sixth in a field of 18 in the pole vault at the Arkansas Invitational.
• Broke her own school record with a height of 3.90 meters (12’9.5”).
• The mark is tied for second in the OVC.

OVC Male Freshman of the Week
Amarion Pulliaum, Fr., West Memphis, Ark. – Little Rock
 
• Set personal records in two events while competing at the Arkansas Invitational.
• Placed 13th in a field of 38 runners in the 200-meters.
• The time of 22.34 ranks 10th in the OVC and second amongst freshmen.
• Finished ninth in the triple jump with a leap of 46’0.5”.
• The distance is 10th in the OVC and is the second-best mark for a freshman.

OVC Female Freshman of the Week
Rylee Wells, Fr., Knoxville, Tenn. – Tennessee Tech
 
• Finished 17th in a field of 44 in the 5,000 meters at the Vanderbilt Invitational.
• Crossed the line in a time of 18:01.77.
• The time ranks first in the OVC and is the 19th best in the nation by a freshman.
