OVC Runners of the Week
MALE RUNNER OF THE WEEK
Aidan Massey • Grad. • Olathe, Kan. • Morehead State
Massey finished 12th out of 194 runners at the Angel Mounds Invitational. The graduate student finished the 8K race in 24:34.7, the fifth-best time in the OVC this season, a new PR and the eighth-fastest time in MSU history. The race included six total OVC teams, and Massey topped 82 fellow OVC runners; he has lost to only five OVC runners during the entire 2025 season.

FEMALE CO-RUNNER OF THE WEEK
Brenda Torres • Jr. • Prospect Heights, Ill. • Eastern Illinois
Torres set a PR in the 6K with a time of 21:13.19 at the Bradley "Pink" Classic on Friday. The junior shaved seven seconds off her former PR (set at the NCAA Regionals last season); it marked the third-best 6K time in the OVC this season and was the third-fastest 6K time in EIU history. Torres placed 24th overall out of 205 competitors in the race. This marks the third time this season she has been named OVC Runner of the Week.
FEMALE CO-RUNNER OF THE WEEK
Ellie Hall • Jr. • Ferdinand, Ind. • Southern Indiana
Hall battled neck-and-neck with her teammate and pulled away near the end of the Angel Mounds Invitational to place sixth in a field of 160 on Friday in Evansville. Hall finished the 6K race in 21:16.2 and helped her team finish fifth out of 19 teams. This marks the second time she has been named OVC Runner of the Week this year.
