Lindenwood, the 2025 OVC regular season and tournament champions, will play at Kansas City on Thursday in the First Round of the 2025 NCAA Men's Soccer Championship.

The game will take place at 6:00pm CT and air on ESPN+.

The winner will advance to take on No. 12 national seed Stanford on Sunday (7pm CT, ESPN+).

Lindenwood (14-2-4) finished 6-2-2 in the OVC to capture its first regular season crown in what was the third year for soccer in the League. The team then defeated SIUE and HCU in the OVC Tournament, the latter coming in penalty kicks on Saturday night. The team was 8-0-2 against non-conference competition this season. The men's soccer team is the first Lindenwood program to participate in a NCAA Division I Tournament, after the team completed its reclassification to Division I after last season.

Kansas City (11-3-5) earned at at-large selection after falling to Denver in the Summit League Championship. That loss snapped an eight-game unbeaten streak for the Roos.
