Marshall Swadley, Grad., Willard, Mo. – Southeast Missouri
• Earned two first-place finishes at the John Gartland Invite hosted by Indiana State.
• Topped a field 17 in the shot put with a throw of 60’10.5”.
• The personal best ranks fourth in the country.
• Defeated 15 other competitors in the weight throw.
• The toss of 65’9.5” is a personal record and is 20th in the nation.

Anna Thomason, Sr., Cape Girardeau, Mo. – Southeast Missouri
• Claimed the top podium spot in the pentathlon at the John Gartland Invite hosted by Indiana State.
• Won four out of five events on the way to defeating eight other challengers with a score of 3,901.
• Broke a program record while setting personal records in the 800-meter run and the shot put.
• The total score is ranked eighth in the nation.

• Was one of five to eclipse the previous meet record.
