OVC Male Golfer of the Week
Will Simpson · Jr. · Pella, Iowa · SIUE
Simpson finished second out of 78 golfers at the Twin Oaks Intercollegiate hosted by Missouri State at the Twin Oaks Country Club in Springfield, Missouri. The junior carded round of 71-71-67 to finish at 209 (-4), which was three shots behind the medalist. His final round 67 marked a career-best. His performance helped SIUE to its third tournament victory of the season, the first time in school history the program has won three team titles in the same season.

OVC Female Golfer of the Week

Daniels took home medalist honors at the Nevel Meade Collegiate held at the Nevel Meade Golf Course in Prospect, Kentucky. The sophomore topped the field of 38 with rounds of 69-76 to finish at 145 (+1) and win by one shot. Her round of 69 was a career-best and she led the field in par 4 scoring (4.00), and Par 5 scoring (4.50), shooting four under on the par 5s. Her play helped Lindenwood to the team title, the team's first team championship at the Division I level.
