Co-Women’s Tennis Player of the Week
Aleyla Wooten (Jr., Lakeland, Tenn.) - Eastern Illinois
Wooten earned a three-set win at No. 1 singles on the week for the Panthers. The junior became the first OVC player to defeat Amelia Gorman of SIUE this season. Wooten won the first set and third sets at 6-3, while dropping the second set 6-3. The victory gave the Panthers a win in the final match of the day to help claim a 4-3 decision against the Cougars.
Richardlyne Francois (Fr., Port-au-Prince, Haiti) – Western Illinois
Francois went 2-0 at the No. 1 position for Western Illinois. The freshman bounced back after dropping the first set 7-5 to claim the final two 7-5 and 10-7 against Lindenwood. Francois picked up another set victory defeating Tennessee State's top individual 6-4, 0-6, 6-4.

Women’s Tennis Doubles Team of the Week
Nour Gueblaoui (Jr., Monastir, Tunisia) & Richardlyne Francois (Fr., Port-au-Prince, Haiti) – Western Illinois
Gueblaoui and Francois went 2-0 for the week at No. 1 doubles. The pair earned wins to help claim the doubles point which would lead to wins. They opened with a 6-3 victory over Lindenwood ahead of a 6-4 decicion versus Tennessee State.
