OVC Male Golfer of the Week

Caldwell finished as runner-up out of 119 competitors at the Loyola Intercollegiate, held at the Palm Valley Golf Club in Goodyear, Arizona. The senior had rounds of 71-66-66 to finish at 203 (-13), which was four shots behind the medalist. His second and third round scores of 66 equaled his career-bests. He registered eight birdies in Round 2 to go along with six birdies and an eagle in Round 3 (including a torrid six-hole stretch on No. 9 through No. 14 where he shot 6-under par). Caldwell led the entire field in par-4 scoring (3.73, -8) while ranking fifth in birdies (16) and 11th in par-3 scoring (3.08, +1) en route to the best tournament finish of his collegiate career.

OVC Female Golfer of the Week

Martin won the award for the second time in three weeks after going 3-0 at the Great River Cup Match Play event held at the Windance Country Club in Gulfport, Mississippi. She opened the event with a 3&2 win over ULM's No. 2 ranked competitor, and in the Top 400 nationally (the ULM team entered the event ranked No. 71 nationally). She followed that with a 1UP victory in a match with James Madison before coming back to win the finale against Arkansas State 1UP. In that final match she was down by three after 13 holes, before winning four of the final five holes to take the victory. The Little Rock team finishes tied for second out of eight teams at the event.
