Women’s Tennis Player of the Week
Mana Fawcett, So., Acworth, Ga. – Western illinois
Fawcett finished 3-0 on the week, picking up two wins at No. 3 singles and one at No. 2. The sophomore opened with a 6-4, 6-4 win at Illinois State and followed with a 6-1, 6-1 decision at Chicago State. She closed out the week by moving up to No. 2 in the lineup and picking up a 6-2, 6-2 victory.

Women’s Tennis Doubles Team of the Week
Mana Fawcett (So., Acworth, Ga.) & Jessica Hess (Jr., Grabouw, South Africa) – Southeast Misouri
Fawcett & Hess went 3-0 on the week at No. 1 doubles. The duo
earned a 6-4 win at No. 1 doubles at Illinois State before defeating the Chicago State pair and the Balparaiso duo with identical 6-3 scores.
