Ashley Capelouto, IF, So., 5-6, Huntington Beach, Calif. – Tennessee Tech
Capelouto opened the week going 2-for-3 with six RBI, two home runs, including a grand slam, and three runs scored at East Tennessee State. The sophomore was 1-for-2 with a two-run home run and a bases-loaded walk in game one against Tennessee State and followed up with a 2-for-5, two runs scored performance. She closed the week going 2-for-3 with a run scored and her second grand slam of the week.

CO-PITCHER
McKayla Anderson, P, So., 5-4, Algonquin, Ill. – SIUE
Anderson tossed a two-hit gem in game one on Saturday versus Morehead State. The sophomore held the Eagles to a .077 batting average. She opened the week by not giving up a hit or run in one inning of relief against Minnesota.
 
Emily York, P, Jr., 5-9, Normal, Ill. – Tennessee Tech
York earned the victory in all four outings helping Tennessee Tech to a 4-0 mark on the week. The junior pitched the final 2 2/3 innings at ETSU, holding the Bucs to one hit with two strikeouts. She worked 3 2/3 scoreless frames in game one against Tennessee State with three hits, one walk and four strikeouts; pitched the final three innings in game two, allowing two runs on three hits, walking one and striking out five. York finished with a complete game, allowing one run on five hits with five strikeouts.
