Women’s Tennis Player of the Week
Mia Mayerova, sophomore, Bratislava, Slovakia – Southeast Missouri
Mayerova won a pair of conference matches helping Southeast Missouri claim the No. 2 seed at the OVC Championship. The sophomore used a 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 2 singles over Lindenwood to clinch the match for the Redhawks. She followed with a 6-4, 6-1 decision against Tennessee State at No. 1 singles, securing the victory. Mayerova completed OVC play with a 4-1 record, playing at five different spots in the lineup.

Women’s Tennis Doubles Team of the Week
Margaux Guibal Britt (Sr., Rossville, Tenn.) & Steyanya Anikini (Jr., Karaganda, Kazakhstan) – SIUE
Guibal Britt & Anikini helped SIUE complete the season undefeated in OVC play with a win at No. 1 doubles. The duo claimed a 6-2 win over the five-time doubles team of the week pair from Western Illinois to help gain the point. This marks the second honor for the pair.
