HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Little Rock scored the first four runs of the game and held on to knock off CUSA Champion Jacksonville State to advance to the Regional Final for the second-straight season.
The Trojans (38-26) will play the winner of the Virginia/Jacksonville State game on Sunday night at 8 p.m. CT.
After not having won a NCAA Tournament game in its first 49 seasons, the Trojans have won five NCAA games the past two seasons. The team is 16-3 in the posteason (OVC, NCAA) over the past two years.
