COOKEVILLE, Tenn. ? Third-seeded Murray State defeated No. 6 UT Martin, 3-0 (25-23, 25-15, 25-18) to advance to the semifinals of the 2008 Ohio Valley Conference Volleyball Tournament. The Racers will face second seeded Morehead State in the semifinals on Friday at 5:00 p.m. The Skyhawks finished the season with a 9-24 overall record while going 7-11 in the OVC.
Three Racers reached double-digit kills with Sarah Hayden leading the way with 12. Logan Su and Becca Lam each tallied 10. Alison Mugler led the defense with 12 digs followed by Kayleah Sauer with 11.
Taylor Noland led the Skyhawks with 13 kills while Breanne Carey chipped in 12. Randie Wooldridge recorded a match-high 15 digs as Emily Steinbeck added 10. Steinbeck also dished out 31 assists to record the double-double.

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. - Fourth-seeded Austin Peay defeated No. 5 Southeast Missouri, 3-0 (25-18, .25-16, 25-17) to advance to the semifinals of the OVC Tournament. The Lady Govs will face top-seeded Tennessee Tech on Friday at 7:30 p.m. The Redhawks finished the season with a 13-14 overall record while going 11-7 in league action.
Austin Peay had four players reach double digits in kills with Stephanie Champine and Kirstin Distler leading the way with 11 kills each. Jessica Mollman and Taylor Skinner each chipped in 10. Distler also led the team with 13 digs for the double-double.
Southeast Missouri was led by Aubrey Dondlinger with 13 kills while Molly Davis had a match-high 15 digs.
