MOREHEAD, Ky. - Tennessee Tech freshman Kris Cambron scored the game-winning goal in the second over time to lead the four-seeded Golden Eagles past No. 1 Morehead State in the first semifinal of the 2009 OVC Soccer Tournament.

After a scoreless first half, Tennessee Tech freshman Andrea Meloff got the Golden Eagles on the board with a goal in 62nd minute. It was Meloff's eighth goal of the season.

Morehead State sophomore Devan Jordan tied the game with sixth goal of the year.

Cambron, the 2009 OVC Co-Freshman of the Year, netted the game-winning score in the second overtime to send the Golden Eagles to the championship match of the OVC Soccer Tourney.

It marks Tech's first time in the championship game since the 2000 season. The championship match is set for 1:00 p.m. EST on Sunday.  Morehead State finished the season with 8-7-4 overall mark while going 5-0-3 in OVC play.

MOREHEAD, Ky. - Freshman Ashley Fraser scored just her second career goal to help the third-seeded Racers defeated No. 2 UT Martin to in the second semifinal of the 2009 OVC Soccer Tournament.

Fraser, who netted her first career goal in the first in the first round of the tourney against Eastern Kentucky, scored in the 38th minute off an assist from sophomore Rachel Wright.

The UT Martin offense was led by sophomore Melissa Grovea with four shots.

The Racers will face Tennessee Tech in the championship match on Sunday. The match is set to begin at 1:00 p.m EST.  Murray State defeated Tennessee Tech, 3-1, in the regular-season.

UT Martin finished the season with a 9-7 overall mark while going 6-2 in OVC play.
