Offensive
Morgan Drawdy, MF, 5-2, So., Anacortes, Wash. - Austin Peay
Drawdy scored both goals in Austin Peay’s 2-1 comeback win against Chattanooga. Drawdy scored the game-winner on a penalty kick. She is now one of only four players in program history to have made multiple penalty kicks in a season.

Bossung played all 190 minutes as Belmont went 1-0-1 last week. She was part of a defense that gave up just one goal over the two matches.

Mary Parker Powell, GK, 5-8, Jr., Germantown, Tenn. - Austin Peay
Powell played all 180 minutes of Austin Peay’s two wins. Against Mercer, she recorded her third shutout of the season and came up with a season-high seven saves. She made four stops to get the win over Chattanooga.

AUSTIN PEAY (5-2-0 overall, 0-0-0 OVC):  Austin Peay defeated Mercer, 1-0, and Chattanooga, 2-1, last week. Sophomore Morgan Drawdy scored both goals in the comeback win over Chattanooga. Junior defender Meghan Dees played 154 minutes last week and was part of a defense that gave up just one goal. Junior goalkeeper Mary Parker Powell played every minute of both matches. She gave up just one goal and made 11 saves. She notched her third shutout of the season in the win over Mercer. The Govs are on a 19-match home unbeaten streak and will welcome Belmont on Friday and Tennessee Tech on Sunday to kick off Conference plac.
 
BELMONT (2-3-1 overall, 0-0-0 OVC): Belmont played to 1-1 tie with UAB before defeating Valparaiso, 1-0, last week. Freshman Gentry Davis scored her first goal of the season in the win over Valparaiso. Senior defender Sarah Bossung played all 190 minutes of the two matches. She was part of a defense that allowed just one score. Junior goalkeeper Lily Herman recorded her first shutout of the season in the win over Valpo. She made 10 stops and allowed just one goal over 190 minutes of action. Belmont will travel to Austin Peay on Friday to open up OVC play.
 
EASTERN ILLINOIS (1-4-2 overall, 0-0-0 OVC): Eastern Illinois fell to Indiana State, 3-1, and Northern Illinois, 2-0, last week. Itxaso Aguero scored the lone goal of the week for the Panthers. Sarah DeWolf provided the assist on the score. Eastern Illinois hits the road to open up Conference play this weekend. The Panthers will travel to Morehead State on Friday and Eastern Kentucky on Sunday.
 
EASTERN KENTUCKY (4-4-0 overall, 0-0-0 OVC): Eastern Kentucky fell to Gardner Webb (2-1) and Louisville (5-1) on the road last week. Idalys Rea scored the lone goal against the Cardinals. Eastern Kentucky opens up league play at home this weekend as it hosts SIUE on Friday and Eastern Illinois on Sunday.
 
JACKSONVILLE STATE (2-4-2 overall, 0-0-0 OVC): Jacksonville State played to a scoreless draw before falling to Samford (2-1) and Mercer (2-1) last week. Madison Carruthers scored the lone goal against Samford. The Gamecocks will open up OVC play this week as they travel to Tennessee Tech on Friday.
 
MOREHEAD STATE (1-7-0 overall, 0-0-0 OVC): Morehead State fell to Kent State, 3-2, and Duquesne, 3-0 last week. The Eagles have now lost their last seven contests. Senior Dani Wilson scored both goals against Kent State. She scored on both shots she took. They also marked the first two scores of the season for Wilson. It also marked the first time since 2016 that an Eagle scored two goals in a game. Morehead State will host Eastern Illinois on Friday and SIUE on Sunday to kick off OVC play. 
 
MURRAY STATE (4-1-1 overall, 0-0-0 OVC): Murray State played to a 2-2 draw at Chattanooga last week. Freshman Abby Jones assisted on both scores in the game giving her five assists for the year. Jones now leads the OVC in assists. The Racers will travel to Southeast Missouri to open up OVC play on Friday before playing at non-conference foe Georgia on Sunday.
 
SOUTHEAST MISSOURI (2-4-0 overall, 0-0-0 OVC):  Southeast Missouri shutout Oral Roberts, 1-0, last week. Junior Esmie Gonzales scored the lone goal. She finished with three shots all coming on goal in the game. Freshman goalkeeper Bailey Redden came into the match versus ORU and did not give up a goal while making four saves. The Redhawks will kick off OVC action this weekend as they
 
SIUE (1-4-0 overall. 0-0-0 OVC): SIUE had its only game of the week with Missouri State cancelled due to weather. The Cougars will be back in action this weekend as they open up OVC play on the road. SIUE will travel to Eastern Kentucky on Friday and Morehead State on Sunday.
 
TENNESSEE TECH (4-3-0 overall, 0-0-0 OVC): Tennessee Tech defeated Troy, 2-1, in overtime last week. Freshman Marta Moreno scored her second goal of the season in only third collegiate match. Tennessee Tech will kick off Conference play this weekend as it hosts Jacksonville State on Friday and travels to Austin Peay on Sunday.
 
UT MARTIN (5-2-0 overall, 0-0-0 OVC): UT Martin defeated Western Carolina, 2-1, and Union, 3-2, last week. The Skyhawks are off to its best seven match start since the 2011 season. UT Martin tied its school record in shots as it tallied 42 against Union. Sophomore Bella Roberts scored the game-winner against Wester Carolina and added a goal against Union. She finished the week with eight shots, three of which were on goal. The Skyhawks will travel to Southeast Missouri on Sunday to open up league play.
