Offensive
Claire Larose, F, 5-2, So., London, Ontario, Canada - Austin Peay
Larose scored both of Austin Peay’s goals last weekend as it went 1-0-1 to open up OVC play. Against Belmont, she scored the equalizer in the second half to earn her team the draw. Larose scored the lone goal of the contest in the win over Tennessee Tech. She now has five goals on the season.

Kate Olson, D, 5-11,Sr., Bloomington, Ill. - Eastern Illinois
Olson led the defense that helped Eastern Illinois post a clean sheet in each of its OVC-opening contests. Against Morehead State, she helped the Panthers pick up its first league win since Oct. 16, 2016. In the draw against EKU, she helped limit the Colonels to just two shots on goal. She played all 200 minutes on the weekend.

Sara Teteak, GK, 5-9, Jr., Naperville, Ill. - Eastern Illinois
Teteak opened OVC play with a pair of shutouts. In the win over Morehead State, she made eight saves. It marked the first league win for the Panthers since Oct. 16, 2016. In the scoreless draw with Eastern Kentucky, Teteak finished with a pair of saves. She now has four shutouts on the season and has moved into fourth on the EIU career list with 11.

AUSTIN PEAY (6-2-1 overall, 1-0-1 OVC): Austin Peay played to a 1-1 draw with Belmont before defeating Tennessee Tech, 1-0. The Govs are unbeaten in their last 14 OVC home matches and 21 overall home matches. Sophomore Clarie Larose scored both of Austin Peay’s goals last week. She now has five on the season. Junior Renee Semaan was part of a defense that gave up just one goal in 200 minutes of action. Junior goalkeeper Mary Parker Powell played all 200 minutes and made eight saves and allowed just one goal over the two matches. She now has four solo shutouts this season. Austin Peay will travel to SIUE on Friday and Eastern Illinois on Sunday.
BELMONT (2-3-2 overall, 0-0-1 OVC): Belmont played to a 1-1 draw at Austin Peay in its only game of the week. Senior Jessi Boozer helped a defense that gave up just one goal and she found the back of the net for the first time this season. Sophomore Julie Garst recorded three shots in the match. Junior goalkeeper Lily Herman made six stops and gave up just one goal. The Bruins have allowed just four total goals over the last five matches, after giving up 11 in its opening two games. Belmont will host Morehead State on Friday and travel to Tennessee Tech on Sunday.
EASTERN ILLINOIS (2-4-3 overall, 1-0-1 OVC): Eastern Illinois defeated Morehead State, 1-0, and played to a scoreless draw with Eastern Kentucky last week. The win over the Eagles was the Panthers first win over an OVC opponent since Oct. 16, 2016. Junior Lexi Ketterhagan scored with just over four minutes remaining against Morehead State to give the Panthers the win. Senior Kate Olson anchored a defense that didn’t give up a goal over two matches. Junior goalkeeper Sara Teteak finished the two games without giving up a goal and making 10 saves. She now has four shutouts and has moved into fourth on the EIU career list with 11. Eastern Illinois will host Murray State on Friday and Austin Peay on Sunday.
EASTERN KENTUCKY (4-5-1 overall, 0-0-0 OVC): Eastern Kentucky fell to SIUE, 2-1, and played to a scoreless draw with Eastern Illinois. Junior Erin Torrence scored the Colonels lone goal of the week. Freshman goalkeeper Zoe Aguirre recorded her third shutout of the season in draw against EIU. For the week, she made six saves and gave up just one goal. Eastern Kentucky will host Morehead State on Sunday.
JACKSONVILLE STATE (2-5-2 overall, 0-1-0 OVC): Jacksonville State fell to Tennessee Tech, 2-0, last week to open up OVC play last week. Freshman goalkeeper Morgan Lerch made four saves in the loss. The Gamecocks will host Southeast Missouri on Sunday
MOREHEAD STATE (2-8-0 overall, 1-1-0 OVC): Morehead State fell to Eastern Illinois, 1-0, before defeating SIUE, 1-0, last week. The win over the Cougars snapped the Eagles’ eight-game losing streak. Senior Dani Wilson scored the game-winning goal versus SIUE on a penalty kick with just three seconds remaining in regulation. Senior Makenna Lavatori played all 180 minutes last week and was part of a defense that gave up just one goal in the two matches. Sophomore goalkeeper Eva Helgadottir picked up her first career shutout in the win over the Cougars. She saw 180 minutes of action in net, making 13 saves and giving up just one goal. Morehead State will travel to Belmont on Friday and Eastern Kentucky on Sunday.
MURRAY STATE (5-1-1 overall, 1-0-0 OVC): Murray State defeated Southeast Missouri, 4-1, last week. Freshman Abby Jones scored a goal and recorded an assist in the win. She currently has a league-leading six assists on the season. Junior Karsyn Harsh played all 90 minutes of the match and helped the defense hold the Redhawks to just one goal. Murray State will travel to Eastern Illinois on Friday and SIUE on Sunday.
SOUTHEAST MISSOURI (2-6-0 overall, 0-0-0 OVC): Southeast Missouri fell to Murray State, 4-1, and Ut Martin, 1-0, last week. Freshman Bailey Redden made her first collegiate start versus UT Martin. She finished with nine saves and gave up just one goal.
SIUE (2-5-0 overall. 1-1-0 OVC): SIUE defeated Eastern Kentucky, 2-1, and fell to Morehead State, 1-0, last week. Junior Courtney Benning and freshman Amanda DiNardo each scored a goal versus EKU. The Cougars will host Austin Peay on Friday and Murray State on Sunday.
TENNESSEE TECH (5-4-0 overall, 1-1-0 OVC): Tennessee Tech defeated Jacksonville State, 2-0, and fell to Austin Peay, 1-0, last week. Junior Nora Vicsek scored her first goal of the season in the win over JSU. Junior Racel Blow played all 180 minutes last week and was part of a defense that gave up just one goal over the two matches. The Golden Eagles will travel to UT Martin on Friday and hosting Belmont on Sunday.
UT MARTIN (6-2-0 overall, 1-0-0 OVC): UT Martin defeated Southeast Missouri, 1-0, last week. The Skyhawks are off to its best start in program history as the team has won six of its first eight contests. Junior Samantha Kelly scored the game winning goal against the Redhawks. UT Martin will host Tennessee Tech on Friday.
