FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.  -
 No. 12 Arkansas (9-1) scored five runs in the fourth inning to key a 7-1 victory over Southeast Missouri (7-4) Thursday in the opening game of the Razorback Invitational.
 
Tied, 1-1, Haydi Bugarin and Nicole Duncan hit back-to-back home runs to spark a two-out rally. Following an error and a single, Danielle Gibson doubled home Hannah McEwen. Arkansas used back-to-back walks with the bases loaded to push across two more runs to take a 6-1 advantage.
 
The Razorbacks scored one final unearned run with two outs capitalizing on another SEMO error Gibson's single knocked in McEwen who reached on the miscue.
 
Autumn Storms (4-0) allowed just one run and four hits, while striking out 13 in a complete game victory. Storms retired the last 12 hitters she faced.
 
Haley Thogmartin (4-2) gave up six runs on eight hits, struck out one and walked one in 3.2 innings. Kaylee Anderson and Rachel Rook pitched the rest of the way.
 
Arkansas outhit SEMO, 10-4, in its home-opening win. McEwen (2-for-4, 2 runs) and Gibson (3-for-4, 1 run, 2 RBI) combined for five of the hits at the top of the Razorbacks lineup.
 
Mykaela Arellanes, Claudia Gallo, Rachel Anderson and Addison Barnouski each singled for SEMO. Arellanes scored the Redhawks only run to tie the game in the top of the third.
 
SEMO resumes play at the Razorback Invitational against Drake and Arkansas Friday.
