MARTIN, Tenn. - UT Martin swept visiting Morehead State in three sets (25-18, 25-23, 25-22) on Thursday night. The Skyhawks improved to 19-9 overall and 13-2 in the OVC while the Eagles dropped to 13-13 overall and 9-6 in league play.
UT Martin's Karen Scanlon led all players with 14 kills on a .324 hitting percentage. She also had 13 digs for the double-double. Dylan Mott had a team-best 16 digs while Kambree Lucas added 10 digs. Haeleigh Paulino dished out 15 assists to go with eight digs while Addy Vaughn had 10 assists.
Abby Hulsman paced the Eagles with 10 kills to go with nine digs. Bridget Bessler notched a double-double with a match-high 24 assists and 14 digs. Andrea Grimes added 11 digs in the match.
