FAYETTEVILLE, Ark
. -  Southeast Missouri (20-15) dropped a doubleheader to Southeastern Conference member #6 Arkansas (30-7) by scores of 9-1 and 14-0 Tuesday at Bogle Park.
 
A three-run home run by five-hole hitter Hannah Gammill helped key Arkansas' game one victory. Gammill homered with two outs in the bottom of the first inning to get the Razorbacks a quick 3-0 advantage.
 
SEMO loaded the bases and got on the board in the top of the third inning when reigning Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Week Paige Halliwill hit a two-out double to score Chelsy Pena making it a two-run game.
 
Arkansas answered with three more runs in the fourth and another three in the fifth. The Razorbacks used a pair of RBI-singles and a sacrifice fly to get their runs in the fourth inning before Linnie Malkin and KB Sides each hit a home run in the bottom of the fifth inning.
 
Chenise Delce (8-2) gave up just one run on five hits, struck out eight and waked one in five innings to get the win.
 
Marisa Davis (4-4) took the loss for SEMO.
 
Halliwill, Aubrie Shore, Tori Bradley, Pena and Kynzie Wrigley combined for the Redhawks five hits.
 
In the nightcap, the Razorbacks put the game out of reach quickly when they hit four home runs in the first two innings. Arkansas scored six runs in the first frame and followed that up with eight in the second for its big lead.
 
Kaylee Anderson had two of SEMO's four hits in game two.
 
Rachel Rook (11-7) allowed six runs on six hits, walked two and struck out four in three innings.
 
Callie Turner (2-2) was credited with the win, scattering three hits and walking three in three scoreless innings. Lauren Howell combined on the shutout after pitching the final two scoreless frames.
 
SEMO heads to Austin Peay for a three-game OVC series on Apr. 15-16.

SIUE 3, SAINT LOUIS 2
ST. LOUIS, Mo
. - Lexi King homered and SIUE took advantage of late Saint Louis miscues to defeat the Billikens 3-2 Tuesday at the Billiken Sports Center.

Two seventh inning errors allowed Micah Arps to score the eventual winning run. She reached on an error by pitcher Chloe Wendling and would later score when Grace Lueke reached on a error by SLU shortstop Kendall Johnson.

SIUE, 14-23, outdueled Saint Louis in a game with limited offense. The Cougars outhit the Billikens 4-2.

Kelsey Ray earned her first victory over 2 1/3 innings in relief of starter Sydney Baalman. Both Ray and Baalman allowed just one hit each to Saint Louis, which drew eight walks and stranded nine runners.

The Cougars never trailed in the game after the first batter of the contest. King hit her third home run of the season to lead off the game with the wind blowing in.

SLU, now 16-18, tied the game in the fifth on a sacrifice fly by Gabby Kowalik,

The Cougars regained the lead in the sixth as Kylie Lane scored on an infield ground ball from Piper Montgomery.

The Billikens countered with another tying run in the sixth when Kristi Stevenson drew a bases-loaded walk.

SIUE, which stranded seven batters, then put the final tally on the board in the seventh.

The Cougars continue Ohio Valley Conference play with a three-game series at Morehead State Friday and Saturday. An 11 a.m. CT doubleheader is set for Friday followed by an 11 a.m. CT single game Saturday.
