MALE TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Jaime Marcos, Gr., Chicago, Ill. – Eastern Illinois
Marcos placed fifth out of 44 runners in the 3,000- meters at the Louisville PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational last week. His time of 8:05.58 is his best of the season and currently leads the OVC this year.

FEMALE TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Akiya Kollore, Jr., St. Louis, Mo. – Eastern Illinois
Kollore competed in three events at the Louisville PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational last week. She placed eighth out of 25 in the 60-meter hurdles. Her 60-meter hurdle time of 8.48 leads the league this year and ranks fifth all-time at Eastern Illinois. She set a new personal record in the 200 meters with a time of 24.57, which is tops in the league this year and ranks fourth all-time at Eastern Illinois. She also ran the final leg of the 4x400-meter relay that finished in 3:54.36 which is second in the OVC this season.

MALE FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Dylan Clark, Gr., Arnold, Mo. – Southeast Missouri
Clark placed fourth out of 23 competitors in the weight throw at the Indiana Relays last week. His toss of 66-08 is a personal best and is second in the league this season.

Kendall Medders, Jr., Knoxville, Tenn. – Tennessee Tech
Medders won the high jump at the Tigers Indoor Invitational last week. Here jump of 5-05.25 is a personal best and currently leads the OVC this season.

DeShawn Parker, Fr., Chicago, Ill. – Eastern Illinois
Parker placed eighth in the triple jump at the Louisville PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational last week. His mark of 46-08.25 ranks in the OVC top 10 this season.

FEMALE FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
Sidnee Stanton, Fr., Knoxville, Tenn. – Tennessee Tech
Stanton had a pair of top five finishes at the Tigers Indoor Invitational last week. She finished third in the long jump with a leap of 18-03.75 while taking fourth in the triple jump with a distance of 32-00.25.
