- The Lindenwood women's basketball team (5-16, 3-6 OVC) picked up its second straight victory after defeating SEMO (6-14, 3-6 OVC), 67-53. Four Lindenwood players scored in double figures
 
The Lions jumped out to a 6-3 lead after a pair of three pointers from Ellie Brueggemann. Lindenwood continued to shoot the ball well early, and would go on a 16-4 run, capped off by a Makayla Wallace layup to take a 19-7 lead with just under two minutes to go in the frame. The home squad forced eight turnovers, which helped them hold a 21-12 lead after one.
 
Lindenwood carried the momentum to start the second quarter, starting the stanza on an 8-0 run to grab a commanding 29-12 lead. The Redhawks responded with a 7-0 run of their own to draw back within 10 at 29-19 with just over two minutes to go in the half. The Lions were able to styme the run with a pull up jumper from Brueggemann, as the black and gold held a 33-20 lead at the break. In the half, the Lions held the Redhawks to 33 percent shooting from the field, while forcing 14 turnovers
 
SEMO started the third quarter on a 10-2 run to cut the deficit to 35-30. The Lions maintained a slim lead throughout the frame but were able to expand it to 43-35 after Wallace drilled a three as the shot clock buzzer expired. The Lions were able to hold an advantage by that margin as they led 48-40 heading to the fourth.
 
Lindenwood grew its lead to 53-42 early in the third after a corner three from Brueggemann. The Lions took control from there and would lead by as many as 17 in the fourth, as they would cruise to a 67-53 win. Four players finished in double figures led by Justis Odom who had a season-high 17.
