CHATTANOOGA 76, MOREHEAD STATE 62
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.
- Morehead State Men's Basketball was in a great spot at Chattanooga Thursday night, holding an eight point lead late in the first half. But, a cold spell of more than 11 minutes without a made field goal allowed the Mocs to scurry past MSU as the Eagles ultimately fell 76-62 at McKenzie Arena.

The Eagles (1-3) were led by center Dieonte Miles and his third career double-double. Miles finished with a career-high 13 points and a season-high 11 rebounds. MSU led 37-29 with 2:37 remaining in the first half but saw Chattanooga rally to tie it 37-37 at the half. MSU then didn't hit a field goal until the 13:15 mark in the final 20 minutes and witnessed the home team surge ahead by as much as 17.

The Eagles shot 50 percent (14-of-28) in the opening half but were limited to just 30 percent in the final half. MSU finished at 42 percent for the night.
