Ohio Valley Conference cross country teams will see the first action of the 2024 season the weekend of August 30-31.
The regular season will build to the 2024 Ohio Valley Conference Cross Country Championships, which will be held on Friday, November 1 at Graham Park in Union City, Tennessee. It marks the first time that UT Martin has hosted the event in west Tennessee since 2004.
This year there are 11 teams who will compete for the OVC Championship: Eastern Illinois, Lindenwood, Little Rock, Morehead State, Southeast Missouri, SIUE, Southern Indiana, Tennessee State, Tennessee Tech, UT Martin and Western Illinois.
Last season the Eastern Illinois men's and women's teams swept the event for the second-straight season.
