PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Raegan McCowan, G, Jr., 6-0, Lebanon, Mo. – Western Illinois
McCowan averaged 19.0 points and 6.0 rebounds/game while shooting 63-percent (17-for-27) from the floor. The junior scored 21 points on 10-of-16 shooting and had seven rebounds against Columbia College. She followed with a 17-point performance on 7-of-11 shooting in a victory over Omaha.

NEWCOMER OF THE WEEK
Syanne Mohamed, Gr., 6-3, F, Bulawayo Zimbabwae – SIUE
Mohamed led the SIUE to a road victory at Valparaiso scoring 14 points and collecting eight rebounds. The graduate transfer shot 70-percent from the field (7-of-10) while registering five assists and four blocked shots.

FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
Yar Tong, F, R-Fr., 6-3, Calgary, Alberta – UT Martin
Tong led UT Martin in a win over Champion Christian with 17 points on 7-for-9 shooting (.778), including going 2-for-2 from three-point range. The redshirt freshman finished the game with six rebounds, two steals, one block and one assist.
