COLUMBIA, Mo. - Missouri rallied for four runs in the bottom of the sixth to upend SIUE softball 10-2 Tuesday night at Mizzou Softball Stadium.

SIUE fell to 23-17 and next looks to a three-game Ohio Valley Conference series at Western Illinois on Friday and Saturday.

The Cougars finished with four hits against the Tigers. Lauryn Yslava rapped an RBI double in the sixth inning, driving home Kaylynn Salyars who led off the inning with a bunt single.

Kayllin Fahy and Piper Montgomery recorded the other two Cougar hits.

Avery Arwood, the OVC Pitcher of the Week, was credited with the loss in the circle and is 9-7.

Missouri, 22-24, used home runs by Madison Uptegrove and Kayley Lenger to spark a 13-hit offense. The Tigers scored two runs in the first second and fifth innings before closing out the contest with a four-run rally in the sixth. Taylor Pannell went the distance and collected the pitching win. She is now 5-5 for the season.
