Five OVC softball programs have earned Easton/NFCA All-America Team honors for their exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2024-25 academic year.
Eaastern Illinois posted the sixth best team GPA throught NCAA Divison I at 3.74, while UT Martin was 17 at 3.70 and Lindenwood and Southern Indiana were 25th at 3.670. Southeast Missouri (3.63), Tennessee Tech (3.62) and SIUE (3.413) were also honored.
Nationally, 138 DI programs posted a team grade point average of 3.16 or higher.
99 Ohio Valley Conference student-athletes have gained Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors for the 2024-25 academic year from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA). The student-athletes earn All-America honors with a 3.5 grade-point average or higher for 2024-25.
The student-athletes were among the 9,199 collegiate student athletes honored in all divisions. Team GPAs and scholar-athletes are submitted by member head coaches.
