OVC Male Golfer of the Week
Grant Phillips · Jr. · Marietta, Ga. · UT Martin
Phillips earned co-medalist honors at the Austin Peay Intercollegiate, carding rounds of 71-66-71 to finish at 208 (-8). The event was held at the GreyStone Golf Club in Dickson, Tennessee and included 92 competitors. Phillips' second round total of 66 was a career-best as he had eight of his 12 birdies on the final 13 holes of the round to take over the individual lead. Overall, he led the tournament in par-4 scoring (3.73, -8) and fewest bogeys (four) while ranking fourth with 38 pars. The victory marked the second career collegiate win for Phillips as he also won The Indy at Arlington tournament on March 22, 2025. He is the third different UTM golfer to be named OVC Golfer of the Week this season and the junior currently ranks eight in the league in stroke average (72.2).

OVC Female Golfer of the Week

Julian took sixth place at the Bentwater Women's Collegiate hosted by Kennesaw State and held at the Bentwater Golf Club in Acworth, Georgia. The junior had rounds of 76-76-76 to finish at 228 (+12), which was just two shots out of fourth place. Her performance helped the Golden Eagles finish third in a field of 12 squads.
