The field for the 2026 Ohio Valley Conference Women’s Tennis Championship is set. SIUE claimed its third OVC regular season crown, the first since 2017, and the No. 1 seed while Southeast Missouri is the No. 2 seed. Bryant is the No. 3 seed while Lindenwood is No. 4 and followed by Western Illinois, Tennessee State and Southern Indiana.
The Cougars claimed the regular season title going endeated at 5-0. Southeast Missouri finished 3-2 and tied with Lindenwood and Western Illinois. The Redhawks earned the second seed via tiebreakers.
Bryant is in its second season in the OVC as an affiliate member. The Bulldogs did not play a regular season conference schedule and conclude the year with a 14-7 overall record.
The top two teams in the OVC standings earned the top two seeds for the tournament. Seeds three through seven were determined by ITA rankings.
The three-day event will take place at the Dwight Davis Tennis Center in St. Louis, Mo. This year marks the 50th time the women's championship has been held (it was first held in 1977).

Saturday, April 18 – Semifinals
Match 4 - #1 SIUE vs. Match 1 winner – 10:00 a.m.
Match 5 - Match 2 winner vs. Match 3 winner – 2:00 p.m.
Sunday, April 19 – Championship
Match 6 - Match 4 winner vs. Match 5 winner – 12:00 p.m.
