The countdown to the start of the 2026 season will include a look at all eight OVC football teams with content from the OVC Football Media Day presented by
Shaw Sports Turf.
Gardner-Webb begins its first season under head coach Kris McCullough. He compiled a 37-13 record as head coach in previous stops at UT Permian Basin and East Central University.
The Runnin' Bulldogs were picked fourth in this year's OVC preseason poll and will open the season on Thursday, August 27 against Austin Peay.
