Teresa Phillips is the former women's basketball coach and Director of Athletics at Tennessee State and one of three members of the OVC's Hall of Fame Class of 2021. She served as TSU's head women's basketball coach from 1989-2000, guiding the team to back-to-back OVC regular season and tournament championships. She would then move into administration, serving as the A.D. from April 2002 until her retirement in 2019.
