BRENTWOOD, Tenn. - Chattanooga has been selected to win the 2025 Ohio Valley Conference Beach Volleyball title in a poll of head coaches and communications directors.
The Mocs, who claimed a share of the OVC regular season title before winning the 2024 conference championship tournament, picked up 10 first place votes and 50 points. UT Martin earned a piece of its third consecutive OVC regular season title garnered two first place votes and 41 points. Lindenwood follows in third with 34 points while Morehead State is picked to finish fourth with 27 points. Tennessee Tech and Eastern Illinois are picked to finish fifth and sixth respectively.
Chattanooga returns seven All-OVC selections, including the Player and Freshman of the Year in Neva Clark and Corina Vale, respectively. The Skyhawks bring back six conference selections, while Morehead State returns two and Tennessee Tech one.
The 2025 beach volleyball season gets underway on February 21. The first OVC weekend will take place on March 21-22 at UT Martin followed by the second weekend on April 18-19 at Morehead State.
The 2025 OVC Beach Volleyball Championship will be held at Chattanooga on April 24-26.
