Hofmeister won a pair of matches in a Match Play event against Bellarmine as Morehead State opened the spring season at the Longleaf Golf and Family Club in Southern Pines, North Carolina. She opened with a 5&4 result on Sunday, securing the win with three birdies as the MSU team won 6-0. On Monday, she won 3&1 and had two more birdies as the Eagles won 4-2. She ranked first in the field in par-4 scoring during the event.
