2022 OVC Baseball Championship
The 2022 OVC Baseball Championship was held May 25-28 at Wild Health Field in Lexington, Kentucky. The venue is home of the Lexington Legends and the Wild Heath Genomes of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball.
Southeast Missouri overcame losing its first game to win three-straight and top No. 1 seed Belmont 5-4 in the Title Game. It was the team's second-straight and fifth overall tournament crown (1998, 2002, 2016, 2021, 2022).
The Championship has now been held at four neutral locations since 2001, including in Paducah, Kentucky (2001-09), Jackson, Tennessee (2010-16 and 2021), Oxford, Alabama (2017-18), Marion, Illinois (2019) and Lexington, Kentucky (2022).
