NORMAN, Okla. - Belmont fell to Oklahoma, 10-1 in the series finale at L. Dale Mitchell Park on Sunday afternoon.
Oklahoma scored three runs in the third sparked by an RBI single from Sheldon Neuse. The Sooners extended their lead to 7-0 in the fifth behind a bases clearing double from Austin O'Brien and an RBI single from Dylan Neal.
Behind singles from Alec Diamond and Jamie Ritchie, the Bruins loaded the bases in the sixth. An RBI single from Spencer Petett scored Diamond to put BU on the board, 7-1.
The Sooners added three runs in the bottom half of the sixth, extending their lead 10-1.
