2014 OVC Baseball Championship
The 2014 OVC Baseball Championship was held May 21-25. For the fifth year in a row the event was at The Ballpark in Jackson (formerly Pringles Park) in Jackson, Tenn. The event was first held there in 2010 and in August 2013 the OVC announced a three-year renewal with the venue to guarantee the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Championships will be held there.
Jacksonville State became the first team in OVC history to lose in the first round and then come back to capture the Championship. The Gamecocks won a tournament record six games and along the way eliminated the other five teams to claim its fourth OVC Tournament Championship.
